1. Can we custom our logo and print on the tape and package?
Yes, we can do your logo printed on the paper core and package, but we need you to send your design to us.
2. Can you give us better price?
Yes, we are willing to try our best effort to give you the best price after learning about our demands and situations.
3. How long is the delivery time, can deliver in time?
We will never delay in delivery time normally. The delivery time is 15 days after receiving the deposit.
4. Can you send samples to us for checking?
Yes, if you are interested, we would like to send free samples for your checking, as well as our catalogues for your reference.
5. As our quantities are large, can we send deposit less than 30%?
Yes, if your quantities are large, we will refer to the order amount to charge of less deposit.
6. If any losses, how to make the compensations?
We assure you the goods in good conditions in our factory, before loading, we will test the goods. If any losses accured, wish you could send the pictures or videos for our reference. If your losses are sure to be caused by our side, we will make the compensations for you according to the conditions of losses.
